University Wide Ceremony – Mobile Ticketing Information

The window to request tickets is closed.  It will open on April 9 for students to request tickets for their guests.

Tickets to Duke Athletics events are digital, accessed through your mobile device, to provide the safest and most convenient experience for our fans. All tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device to gain entry to Duke Athletics events. We understand that this is a big change from having a paper ticket to bring to the game, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll find that mobile ticketing gives you more tools and flexibility than ever before.

Here are some tips to avoiding issues on Commencement day:

DO

  • Download your ticket to your mobile device before arriving on campus
  • Make sure your mobile device is fully charged
  • Transfer each attendee their ticket before arriving on campus

DON’T

  • Print out a paper ticket, Print-at-Home tickets will no longer be accepted
  • Send a screenshot of your ticket, instead use the Ticket Transfer tool

How to Access Your Mobile Tickets

Make sure to download your ticket(s) before arriving at the stadium as reception may not be the best around campus on game day

  1. Using your mobile device, Click Here
  2. Log into your account
  3. Select the event you want to download to your mobile device
  4. Download each ticket by tapping Add to Apple Wallet on iPhone or G Pay – Save to Phone (may also read as “Add to Google Wallet” on Android
  5. iPhone Users tap Add in the top right corner
  6. Access the downloaded ticket(s) via Apple Wallet app on iPhone or via Google Pay (or Wallet) app on Android

How to Transfer Tickets to Someone Else

  1. Using your mobile device, Click Here
  2. Log into your account
  3. Under Manage Your Tickets, tap TRANSFER
  4. Select which event you are transferring
  5. Check the box next to the ticket(s) you are transferring
  6. Tap the blue CONTINUE button at the bottom
  7. Type in the Mobile Number of the person receiving the tickets
  8. Tap the blue REVIEW TRANSFER button at the bottom
  9. Review that all the information is correct
  10. Tap the blue TRANSFER TICKET button at the bottom
  11. You will receive a Ticket Transfer Initiation Confirmation email/text

How to Return Tickets to Duke Athletics

  1. Log into your account
  2. Under Manage Your Tickets, tap RETURN
  3. Select which event you are returning
  4. Check the box next to the ticket(s) you are returning
  5. Tap the blue NEXT button at the bottom
  6. Tap the blue Yes, Process Return button at the bottom
