All tickets for the university-wide Commencement ceremony at Wallace Wade Stadium are digital. Tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device to gain entry to Wallace Wade Stadium.
Tips to Ensure Seamless Entry at Commencement:
DO
- Download your ticket(s) to your mobile device before arriving on campus.
- Make sure your mobile device is fully charged.
- Transfer tickets to each attendee’s mobile phone before arriving at the stadium.
DO NOT
- Print paper tickets. These will not be accepted.
- Use screenshots to share your tickets with guests. Instead use the Ticket Transfer tool (details below).
- Forward the “download to wallet” email as a way of sharing tickets with others.
How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Make sure to download your ticket(s) before arriving as reception around the stadium may be limited during Commencement.
- Using your mobile device, click here.
- Log into your account.
- Select the Commencement event.
- Download each ticket by tapping Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay – Save to Phone (may also read as “Add to Google Wallet”)(Android)
- iPhone Users tap Add in the top right corner
- Open your downloaded ticket(s) in your device’s wallet app when you arrive at the stadium.
How to Transfer Tickets to Someone Else
- On your mobile device, click here and log into your account.
- Under Manage Your Tickets, select TRANSFER
- Select the event (Commencement) for which you are transferring tickets.
- Choose the ticket(s) you want to transfer.
- Tap the blue CONTINUE button at the bottom.
- Type in the mobile number of the recipient.
- Tap the blue REVIEW TRANSFER button at the bottom.
- Review the information and tap the blue TRANSFER TICKET button at the bottom.
A confirmation will be sent via email/text once the transfer is initiated.
