Duke Chapel and Page Auditorium
Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10
Baccalaureate Services are held in the majestic Duke Chapel, and the main viewing for guests is in Page Auditorium where the service is simulcast. Color-coded tickets are required for guest attendance only and Degree candidates should attend the service corresponding to the first letter of their surname. (The services are identical). Services feature both a sermon by Luke Powery, Dean of the Chapel, and the President's Charge by Richard H. Brodhead. Students wear academic apparel (no hoods), and the procession of degree candidates begins ten minutes before the scheduled start time.
